About

InnoMotion was set up in West Sussex, England, in 2015 by Matthias Stein. Its speciality is to support and accelerate value creation of FMCG clients by scaling up innovation and expansion.

Background

Matthias has a solid blue-chip background, starting 1998 with initially Unilever R&D and transferring to Unilever UK in 2001. He held multiple global roles during 17 years at Unilever including R&D Director, Business Director and Global Marketing Director.

Since 2015 InnoMotion has delivered many innovation, business development and expansion projects for global, international and national clients. Examples are insight based selling stories, focussing sales expansion, product integration to become sales ready, insight discovery, creating NPD partnerships.

Being a dual national and bilingual, is a brilliant foundation for the skill of finding highly suitable experts to master client challenges and bringing companies together for creating joint business successes.
